Custom Products

Due to the custom nature of our lampshades, each product is created specifically for your order. Custom products are generally not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.

Defective Products

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or that does not match the agreed specifications, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include repair, replacement, or refund.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us using the information provided on our contact page. Include your order details, photographs of any defects, and a description of the issue. We will review your request and provide instructions for return if applicable.

Return Conditions

Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging when possible. Custom products that have been modified or damaged by the customer may not be eligible for return.

Refund Processing

If a return is approved, refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned product. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. In such cases, we will cover return shipping costs.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges for custom products. If you need modifications or a different design, please contact us to discuss options, which may involve a new order.
